At Overcomer Kids Collection, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
Authorization Required
All returns must receive prior authorization from our supplier before being sent back. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original, full packaging (pre-pack only)

Items must be unused and in the same condition as received

Returns that are not in original packaging will not be eligible for a refund or credit
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be shipped freight pre-paid.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
Refunds / Store Credit
Once the return is received and approved, a credit will be issued. No refunds or credits will be issued for items that do not meet return requirements.
Important Notice
We follow strict supplier guidelines. Failure to comply with these return conditions may result in denial of returns.
